FIRST CLEAN = SEPARATE
Exterior Reset
We first bring the agreed exterior areas of your property up to standard.
This is quoted and paid for separately.
ONGOING CARE = MONTHLY
Exterior Care Plan
Once your home is up to standard, we agree the care it needs across the year.
The ongoing plan is then spread into one simple monthly payment.
No hidden bundle. No confusing first payment. You’ll know exactly what the initial Reset costs and exactly what your ongoing monthly plan costs.
ONE MONTHLY PAYMENT
PAY AFTER EACH VISIT
Your Exterior Care Plan has one clear monthly price.
We only request that month’s Direct Debit after the scheduled visit has been completed and confirmation has been sent.
If Anglesey weather delays the work, the payment date moves with the visit—usually by only a few days.
No payment before the work. No surprise charges.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Does every plan include everything? No. Every property is different. Your quotation will clearly show exactly which services are included in your individual plan.
Is the initial clean included in my monthly payment? No. The initial Exterior Reset is quoted separately. Your monthly payment covers the ongoing agreed Exterior Care Plan after that.
Can regular window cleaning be included? Yes. Regular window cleaning can form the backbone of your Exterior Care Schedule.
How much does it cost? Every property is different. We assess your property, agree what needs looking after and provide a clear individual quotation.
When will my Direct Debit be taken? Payment for scheduled work is only requested after the agreed work has been completed and confirmation has been sent.
Do you clean roofs? No. Roof cleaning and roof maintenance are not included.
Do you cover all of Anglesey? Yes. Anglesey Cleaning Solutions is based in Cemaes Bay and covers the whole of Anglesey.
What if some parts of my home don’t need cleaning yet? Your plan is built around your actual property and its condition. We only include the work that is agreed and required.
